Story

Having studied ethnology at Nanterre's Paris X university, Anne Sibran turns her hand to writing, producing a novel ("Bleu Figuier" published by Grasset), and comic books.

Her script "Quartier vanoui" for Tronchet, published by Glnat in 1994, is devoted to the theme of elderly people, who are expelled from their homes but still put up a good fight in spite of everything.

She develops a similar theme, but in a much more exotic setting, for Emmanuel Lepage in "La Terre sans mal" for the prestigious "Aire Libre" collection of ditions Dupuis in 1999.

A young French ethnologist witnesses the migration of the Guarani indians, who, driven from their lands, go searching for their own legendary paradise in the heart of the wild Amazon.
